CLPB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLPB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,636 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLPB-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM64EP, UQCRC1, and GSR. Each is linked with CLPB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLPB-to-partner and partner-to-CLPB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM64EP grouped by CLPB-low versus CLPB-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLPB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLPB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
