CLPB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLPB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 576 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLPB-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BC1, KRT84, and H2AC1. Each is linked with CLPB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLPB-to-partner and partner-to-CLPB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2BC1 grouped by CLPB-low versus CLPB-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLPB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLPB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
