Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CLP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CLP1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher CLP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CLP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
COAD, LIHC, and TGCT are the cancer types where CLP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
