CLP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,265 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD83P1, SNORD114-11, and LINC01210. Each is linked with CLP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLP1-to-partner and partner-to-CLP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD83P1 grouped by CLP1-low versus CLP1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
