CLP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, MEK1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with CLP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLP1-to-partner and partner-to-CLP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by CLP1-low versus CLP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
