CLP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GML, TMPRSS7, and PRR30. Each is linked with CLP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLP1-to-partner and partner-to-CLP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GML grouped by CLP1-low versus CLP1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
