Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLOCK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,749 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLOCK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EXOC1, TMEM165, and WDR1. Each is linked with CLOCK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLOCK-to-partner and partner-to-CLOCK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLOCK versus EXOC1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLOCK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLOCK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
