CLOCK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLOCK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,778 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLOCK-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRP72, KIAA0930, and CHIC2. Each is linked with CLOCK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLOCK-to-partner and partner-to-CLOCK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLOCK versus SRP72 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLOCK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLOCK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
