Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLOCK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,478 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLOCK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein deubiquitination, Autophagosome organization, and Regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with CLOCK in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLOCK-to-partner and partner-to-CLOCK results are reported.
