CLOCK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLOCK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 399 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLOCK-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF4, CALHM4, and SERPINA2. Each is linked with CLOCK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLOCK-to-partner and partner-to-CLOCK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF4 grouped by CLOCK-low versus CLOCK-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLOCK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLOCK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
