Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CLNS1A mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CLNS1A data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher CLNS1A mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CLNS1A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC and LUAD show a favorable association.

COAD, LSCC, and OV are the cancer types where CLNS1A mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
