Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLNS1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,390 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLNS1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSF1, RSF1_S604, and NARS2. Each is linked with CLNS1A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLNS1A-to-partner and partner-to-CLNS1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLNS1A versus RSF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLNS1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLNS1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
