Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLNS1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,966 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLNS1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Asparaginyl-tRNA aminoacylation, Negative regulation of double-strand break repair, and Negative regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with CLNS1A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLNS1A-to-partner and partner-to-CLNS1A results are reported.
