CLNK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLNK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,947 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLNK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1306P, MIR6870, and ZWINT. Each is linked with CLNK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLNK-to-partner and partner-to-CLNK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1306P grouped by CLNK-low versus CLNK-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLNK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLNK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
