CLNK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLNK RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,628 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLNK-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEK, GPR15, and VCAM1. Each is linked with CLNK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLNK-to-partner and partner-to-CLNK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLNK versus PLEK in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLNK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLNK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
