CLNK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLNK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLNK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CASP12, P2RY13, and C1orf189. Each is linked with CLNK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLNK-to-partner and partner-to-CLNK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CASP12 grouped by CLNK-low versus CLNK-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLNK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLNK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
