CLN8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLN8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,435 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLN8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNKS, ENTPD4, and ERICH1. Each is linked with CLN8 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLN8-to-partner and partner-to-CLN8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLN8 versus TNKS in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLN8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLN8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
