CLN5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLN5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,902 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXL3, TM9SF2, and DIS3. Each is linked with CLN5 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLN5-to-partner and partner-to-CLN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLN5 versus FBXL3 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
