CLMP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLMP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,348 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLMP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC23A, SH3PXD2B, and FAP. Each is linked with CLMP in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLMP-to-partner and partner-to-CLMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLMP versus SEC23A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
