CLMP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLMP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,744 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RARRES2, ST6GALNAC5, and SEMA7A. Each is linked with CLMP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLMP-to-partner and partner-to-CLMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLMP versus RARRES2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
