CLMP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLMP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, ACC_pS79, and Myosin-IIa_pS1943. Each is linked with CLMP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLMP-to-partner and partner-to-CLMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by CLMP-low versus CLMP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
