CLMP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLMP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,745 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR176, AXL, and SRPX. Each is linked with CLMP in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLMP-to-partner and partner-to-CLMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLMP versus GPR176 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
