CLMN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLMN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,980 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLMN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLMN_S619, CLMN_S635, and CLMN_S301. Each is linked with CLMN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLMN-to-partner and partner-to-CLMN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLMN versus CLMN_S619 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLMN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLMN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
