Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLMN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLMN-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6V1, OR4M2, and NOTO. Each is linked with CLMN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLMN-to-partner and partner-to-CLMN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6V1 grouped by CLMN-low versus CLMN-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLMN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLMN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
