CLLU1-AS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLLU1-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLLU1-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-194P, RNU6-1089P, and DNAJC19P1. Each is linked with CLLU1-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLLU1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-CLLU1-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLLU1-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLLU1-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
