CLK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLK4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, CD31, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with CLK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLK4-to-partner and partner-to-CLK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by CLK4-low versus CLK4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
