CLK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYF6, IFNA8, and KRTAP10-1. Each is linked with CLK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLK4-to-partner and partner-to-CLK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYF6 grouped by CLK4-low versus CLK4-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
