CLK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLK3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARP_cleaved, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with CLK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLK3-to-partner and partner-to-CLK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PARP_cleaved grouped by CLK3-low versus CLK3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
