Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CLK2P1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CLK2P1 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CLK2P1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CLK2P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where CLK2P1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
