The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CLK2P1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CLK2P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where CLK2P1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
