Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLK2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,926 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLK2P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA methylation, DNA strand elongation, and Protein localization to mitochondrion. Each is linked with CLK2P1 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLK2P1-to-partner and partner-to-CLK2P1 results are reported.
