CLK2P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLK2P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 731 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLK2P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALMS1-IT1, RNA5SP228, and RUBCNL. Each is linked with CLK2P1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLK2P1-to-partner and partner-to-CLK2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ALMS1-IT1 grouped by CLK2P1-low versus CLK2P1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLK2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLK2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
