Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CLK1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CLK1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher CLK1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CLK1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
DLBC, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where CLK1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
