CLK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,995 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-709P, CIT, and PCSK9. Each is linked with CLK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLK1-to-partner and partner-to-CLK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-709P grouped by CLK1-low versus CLK1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
