CLIP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLIP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,320 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLIP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLIP4_S581, AKR1B1, and GSTO1. Each is linked with CLIP4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIP4-to-partner and partner-to-CLIP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLIP4 versus CLIP4_S581 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
