CLIP4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLIP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,811 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLIP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXW7, LDB3, and FAM171A1. Each is linked with CLIP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIP4-to-partner and partner-to-CLIP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLIP4 versus FBXW7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
