CLIP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLIP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,474 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLIP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF2, MIR6864, and SERAC1. Each is linked with CLIP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIP4-to-partner and partner-to-CLIP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF2 grouped by CLIP4-low versus CLIP4-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
