CLIP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLIP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,320 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLIP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNM1, MXRA5, and P3H4. Each is linked with CLIP3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIP3-to-partner and partner-to-CLIP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLIP3 versus DNM1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
