CLIP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLIP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLIP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH6, Rad50, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with CLIP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIP3-to-partner and partner-to-CLIP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH6 grouped by CLIP3-low versus CLIP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
