CLIP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,158 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLIP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLIP2_S42, CLIP2_S18, and CLIP2_S923. Each is linked with CLIP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIP2-to-partner and partner-to-CLIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLIP2 versus CLIP2_S42 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
