CLIP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLIP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,653 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDGFA, ZEB1, and DACT3. Each is linked with CLIP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIP2-to-partner and partner-to-CLIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLIP2 versus PDGFA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
