CLIP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, c-Jun_pS73, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with CLIP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIP2-to-partner and partner-to-CLIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by CLIP2-low versus CLIP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
