CLIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,730 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLIP1_S147, PTPN11, and GLRX3. Each is linked with CLIP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIP1-to-partner and partner-to-CLIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLIP1 versus CLIP1_S147 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
