CLIP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,479 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNA15, RAB35, and GJB3. Each is linked with CLIP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIP1-to-partner and partner-to-CLIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLIP1 versus GNA15 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
