CLIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,398 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AAK1, ZNFX1, and TMED2. Each is linked with CLIP1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIP1-to-partner and partner-to-CLIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLIP1 versus AAK1 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
