Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLINT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,949 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLINT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRG1, MXRA5, and MFAP2. Each is linked with CLINT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLINT1-to-partner and partner-to-CLINT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLINT1 versus LRG1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLINT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLINT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
