Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLINT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,216 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLINT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of translational initiation, Metaphase/anaphase transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Establishment of protein localization to organelle. Each is linked with CLINT1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLINT1-to-partner and partner-to-CLINT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of translational initiation grouped by CLINT1-low versus CLINT1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
