CLINT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLINT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLINT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, DEFA4, and SH3GL2. Each is linked with CLINT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLINT1-to-partner and partner-to-CLINT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by CLINT1-low versus CLINT1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLINT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLINT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
