CLIC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLIC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,784 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLIC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA5L1, RPF1, and MIR7976. Each is linked with CLIC6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIC6-to-partner and partner-to-CLIC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA5L1 grouped by CLIC6-low versus CLIC6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
