CLIC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLIC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 446 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLIC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A31, NEUROD1, and SPANXN4. Each is linked with CLIC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIC6-to-partner and partner-to-CLIC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC25A31 grouped by CLIC6-low versus CLIC6-high in LIVER.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
