CLIC4P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLIC4P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,455 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLIC4P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment or maintenance of cell polarity, Regulation of cell size, and Regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with CLIC4P2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIC4P2-to-partner and partner-to-CLIC4P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Establishment or maintenance of cell polarity grouped by CLIC4P2-low versus CLIC4P2-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIC4P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIC4P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
